- Free Fitness Corner (open daily from 9 am to 9 pm)

- Bike Rental : €. 20,00 for each month
- City tax € 11.20 per month
A deposit of €. 690.00 for a single room bed and €. 480.00 for a double room bed is required to confirm and guarantee the booking. In case of early departure the deposit cannot be refunded.
The deposit is not refundable under any circumstances.
At the time of check-in the balance of the first month and a deposit of € 300.00 is required, which will only be returned at the end of the stay and may be retained in the event of damage or loss.
Apartments are rented by gender (male and female students will stay separated).
